All Hemp Tea products are sold for novelty, display, or souvenir purposes only.

Customers may not use our products for any unlawful purposes. It is always the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are complying with local laws.

Our goods are not for resale or export. By purchasing from our website you agree to comply with all the applicable laws and regulations of your country and you represent and warrant that you are buying products for your own personal or household use only.

We have the right to refuse or limit sales to any customer or geographic location. We also have the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our personal judgement, appear to be placed for resale. All purchases are subject to our acceptance. Once a purchase has been approved on our end customers will be notified via email confirmation. Please note all Bespoke and Preroll products on this site are non-refundable.

We will never knowingly dispatch to countries where CBD is illegal. By purchasing from our website you agree to take all risk regarding confiscation or seizure by customs, postal services or enforcement agencies. Customers will be responsible for any charges incurred by customs, including any applicable taxes. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for further information regarding international orders. Customers accept risk of loss for any orders placed on our website.

In the rare case of any errors such as mispriced items, we can cancel the order at our discretion and notify the customer. Product prices are subject to change without notice; however this will not affect any orders already accepted by us.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are the card holder and authorised to make payments using the details provided, details which are complete and correct, and will be honoured by the relevant card provider.

By using our services you agree to keep account details, including email addresses and card details, up to date so that we can complete transactions and send correspondence as needed. Shipping times and delivery dates are subject to the reliability of third party postal services and are provided as estimates only.
